Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AegisMonkey (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AegisMonkey is an adversarial stress-testing suite for AI agents. It sends red-team prompts to AI systems you register and returns a robustness scorecard. The Service is provided to help you evaluate your own systems; it is a testing aid, not a guarantee of security.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Acceptable use & authorization
You may only test AI agents and endpoints that you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Unauthorized testing of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.
4. Plans, billing & renewals
Paid plans (Pro, Startup) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods. Applicable taxes may be added.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused runs.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the agent configurations, system prompts, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service, including sending it to our model and infrastructure subprocessors. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable consumption & cost guards
Each plan includes a daily run limit. We may apply rate limits, token budgets, and cost guards to protect the Service, and may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent limits, or threaten the integrity of our infrastructure.
8. No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Robustness scores and test results are informational and do not guarantee that your systems are secure, compliant, or free of vulnerabilities. You remain solely responsible for the security of your systems.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law & contact
